“We Are Grace Chapel of Newton Grove!” Our mission is that we are “Fulfilling the Great Commission through Teaching, Preaching, Evangelism, Discipleship, Outreach, and Fellowship.”

Dr. Beverly Brooks Summers serves as the Senior Pastor of Grace Chapel of Newton Grove. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA in Accounting (Bowie State University). as well as an M.Div. in Practical Theology and a D.Min. in Renewal Leadership (Regent University).

Dr. Summers also serves as the GRDA Sunday School Convention President, providing a Christian Education ministry to the 60 churches under the Goldsboro-Raleigh District Assembly (GRDA), Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. She has over 34 years of ministry experience; serving in leadership and pastoral roles within local churches and parachurch ministries.

In the governmental arena, she has served as an Accountant in Financial Policy for the past 18 years, and has almost 39 years of governmental service.

Pastor Summers enjoys helping others reach their God-ordained purposes in the earth, and she is looking with “expectancy” for what God will do at Grace Chapel of Newton Grove!
